Another common cause of pellet jams in the hopper is improper placement of the burner
pot. To correctly install the burner pot, the lip of the burner pot should go under the
chute. Once the burner pot is in place you can simply lift the rear and it will seat in the
proper position. Please see the photos below for reference.
