If a customer has issues with the grill not igniting. Always have them check for a jam before trying any other troubleshooting.
Once the jam is cleared walk through these quick start steps.Pellet Grill Quick Start Instructions:
1. Make sure the burner pot is cleared before each use and load fresh pellets into the
hopper.
2. Press power button on left side of the control panel.
3. Press red unlock icon on left side of the display for 3 seconds.
4. Set the desired target temperature on the display.
5. Press green start button on the right side of the display. The icon will turn into a
red flame indicating the igniter is on.
6. The grill should begin to smoke in about 3 to 5 minutes. It should be at the target
in about 7 to 10 minutes.
7. When done cooking press the red stop icon. The grill will go into cooldown mode
***Important Note: The digital touchscreen is made to be extremely durable to handle
the outdoor environment. You may have to push a little harder on the control buttons,
than a standard phone/tablet due to this additional protection. ***
